Mrs. Ruth Ann Rosandik, 64, of 4120 Center St., Meridian, formerly of Pittsburgh, died at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday at her home.
Born in Venango County, July 12, 1905, she was the daughter of Edward J. and Eva Christine Foster Riding.
Her husband, George Rosandik, died four years ago.
She had been a cook at Carnegie-Mellon University until her retirement in 1967.
She was a member of the memorial Lutheran Church of East Street, Pittsburgh.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. George (Helen) Erdos of Meridian, with who she made her home; Mrs. Ray (Twila) Savage and Mrs. John (Bernice) Stanko, both of Chicago, Ill.; a son, James D. Grossman of Greensburg; 18 grandchildren; seven brothers, Tom Riding of Butler, Walter of Akron, Ohio, Harry of Butler, Charles of Elmsworth, Ohio, William of Butler, Donald of Meridian and John of California; six sisters, Mrs. Lucille Brown of Kittanning, Mrs. Kenneth (Louise) Magill of Meridian, Mrs. Ellen Hockenberry of Butler, Mrs. Russell (Betty) Cochran of Meridian, Mrs. Ernest (Harriet) Knisley of Gilbralter, Mich., and Mrs. Shirley Skillman of New Castle.
Friends of Mrs. Ruth Ann Rosandik of 4120 Center St., Meridian, formerly of Pittsburgh, who died Tuesday, March 24, 1970, will be received at the Thompson Funeral Home Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday. Burial will be in United Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
