In 1842 she married Carl Brumm, also of Sternenfels. They were the parents of five children: Jacob (1843-1860; Philip (1845-1920), who married Sophia A. Meyers (1855-1920); Frederika (1848-1928), who married Frederick "Fred" Nantz (1837-1883); William (1850-1919), who married Helena Vandalia Thomas (1854-1922); Carl (born 1852, died before 1860); John (1855-1915), who married Mary (Wichhart) Brumm (1864-1928) after her first husband, John's brother Charles, died; Margaret (1857-1946), who married William A. Burgus (1853-1937); Charles (abt 1860-1893), who also married Mary Wichhart; Julia A. (1861-1889), who married Frederick H. "Fred" Martin; and Lewis Brumm (born about 1866, died before 1905).
After her husband Carl died in 1870, there was a lien put on the farm where the family lived, but apparently the legal entanglements were solved satisfactorily, and Juliana's sons William and John continued farming there, and later William's son, Oliver "Clayton" Brumm and his family would have the farm.
