IDA D. CROTZ SUMMONED
AT PRINCETON HOSPITAL
Mrs. William Crotz, Jr., of Blue Ridge passed away at the Princeton hospital last Friday, October 20 at the age of 27 years, 4 months and 3 days. She had been ill for three weeks.
Funeral services were conducted from the Blue Ridge church, Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. A. H. Nothdurt of the Chillicothe Methodist church officiating. Many attended the last rites and the floral pieces were many and beautiful. Interment was in the Blue Ridge cemetery.
Pallbearers were cousins of the deceased: Glenn Donath, Walter McLaughlin, Arthur Auth, Raymond McLaughlin, Eugene McLaughlin and George McLaughlin.
Ida Elizabeth Dunbar Crotz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dottie [E. & Rachel L. McLaughlin] Dunbar, born Jun 17, 1906 at Chillicothe, Ill. On January 26, 1925 she was united in marriage to William Crotz. To this union were born two children, Zora Leona, 8, and Clifford Darrell, 7. She is survived by her beloved husband, two children, her father and mother, one sister, Mrs. Mildred Miller, five brothers, Edwin, Oscar, harry, Alvin and Ernest and her aged grandfather besides many relatives and a host of friends.
