The daughter of James and Mary (Zastoupil)Samek family moved to Wimbledon in 1943 attended Dover country school. graduated from the St James Acaddemy New rockford,nd in 1954 married Taft Cherney June 20th 1956 they owned and operated the Cherney Hardware and Clothing Store. He died Feb.28th 1975.
Survived by two sons Donald(Belinda),Jamestown,nd Wayne(Sue)Devils Lake,nd. three daughters Betty(Terry)McMillan wimdledon, Angela(Frank)Haynes,Albany,Minn. and Connie(Jack)HoganHutchinson,Minn. five sisters Mary albrecht,and Mildred Clarys of Wimbledon, Margret Haugen Dickinson,nd Patricia(laudie)Cherney Courtnay,nd and Bertha Lorenz, Rochester,Minn.and five brothers Frank(Adeline)and Steve(Karen),of Jamestown,nd Benedict(Rosie),Dwight,nd Bernard(Barb),Wimbledon,nd and Vitres(Sara),Blue Earth,Minn. nine grandchildren
preceeded in death by her husband and parents and four brothers
