She was born MINNIE REBECCA BOWEN, and was called MINNIE by all her contemporaries and Aunt MINNIE by all her nephews and nieces, and she had many.

MINNIE REBECCA BOWEN was the second born of thirteen to Alfred Jackson Bowen, SR. & Ann Elizabeth "Annie Eliza" Williams. She was called Minnie, her first Christian name, by all her contemporaries and Aunt MINNIE by all her nephews and nieces, and she had many.
