funeral services for Mrs. Theresa (Erdman) Meeske, 76, who died Friday of last week at her home in Wyoming, Ill., were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Wyoming Congregational church. Mrs. Meeske as native of Edford township had ben bedfast two months.
Her maiden name was Theresa Erdman, and she was the daughter of John and Anna Erdman. She was reared and educted the Edford township and was married in Geneseo to Emil Meeske. She was a member of the Cngregational church,Order of Eastern Star and Rebekah lodge.
Surviving are three daughter, Mrs. Lillian Sweetland and Mrs. Hazel Setpen, both of Peoria, and Mrs. Helen Graham at home, a son Elon, residing in Indiana, a sister Mrs. Ella Krueger, Geneseo, five brothers, Otto, John, Elmer, Theo.Erdmand, all of Geneseo, and Emil Erdman, Rock Island, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, a sister, and a brother.
