Note:
Marshall's middle name has been said to be JAMES, but, I have not found any evidence, he had a brother named James Franklin Wagnon, that was probably named after his mothers brother, James Sixkiller 1857-1906. His marriage certificate has Marshal J, WW1 draft card, same, all of his Cherokee Nation documents show Marshall J. So, we are left with family lore, the search continues...
