MRS LILY A BOWMAN died at her home near Mount Zion Friday at 9 am of a heart attack, aged 65 years.
Surviving are, husband, John Bowman; son, Wilbur, Pen Mar; daughters, Mrs. Maggie Pryor, Lantz; Miss Annie Bowman, Smithsburg; Miss Naomi Bowman and Mrs. Arthur Shilling, both of Hagerstown; Mrs. Mary Miller, Greensburg; and Mrs. Esther Wolf, Funkstown; brothers, Otho Brown, Ringgold; Jessie, Cavetown; and Ira, Ringgold; sisters, Mrs. Carrie Lyons and Mrs. Martha Smith, both of Hagerstown; 32 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services Sunday at 3 pm at Pleasant Valley Church, the Rev Mr. Leeds officiating; burial in cemetery adjoining. Arrangements handled by Hoover Funeral Home, Smithsburg.
