Andrew J. Locker, son of Jacob Daniel Locker and Leah Etta Freemyer, he married Frances "Frankie" Smith, daughter of Samuel V. Smith and Mary E. Gillispie, on September 1st, 1906 in Jay County, Indiana. They had three known children together, all daughters.
