Mrs. Daisy Dowdell, 85, of 558 Willow Ct., Hammond, died Sunday in Our Lady of Mercy Hospital, Dyer.
Survivors include a son, Ira of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Mrs. Della Porter of Hammond; three brothers, Greely Grubbs of Hammond, Schuyler Grubbs of Mesa, Ariz., and Luri Grubbs of Carpentersville, Ill., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. They are being handled by the Clarence J. Huber Funeral Home, 722 165th St., Hammond.
