ROCKVILLE, Ind., March 26. - The funeral of Mrs. Cordelia Grubbs, 66 years old, who died Wednesday night at her home in Lodi, will be held Friday from the late residence. Burial will be in Silver Island cemetery. Surviving are four children, Mrs. Charles Dowdell and Mrs. Warren Dowdell, of Hammond, Ind., Greely Grubb, of Cayuga, Ind., and Luri Grubb, of the United States Army.

Daughter of Luri & Louisa Whitford.
She 1st married Franklin Scott from Pennsylvania on August 25, 1870 in Parke County, Indiana. In 1871 they had one son, Alvin. Franklin & Alvin's whereabouts are unknown.
She then married Thomas M Grubbs on 14 Jun 1877 in Fountain County, IN.
The children born to this union were Daisy (Dowdell), John W, Greely, Della (Highland-Porter), Maggie (Dowdell), Schuyler, and Luri.
