Funeral services for Arthur T. Lawler will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Porter Funeral Home in Jamestown, Lawler died at ! p.m. Wednesday at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis. He had been a resident of the Golden Manor at Brownsburg for the pasr four years. He was born May 7, 1891 in Jamestown, the son of Cornelius and Caroline Trotter Lawler. He married Rhessa Opal Davis who proceeded him in death in 1957. Lawler was a long life farmer and retired employrt of Allison Division of General Motors. He graduated from Jamestown High School and was a charter member of the Advance Methodist church. Lawler was the last of eight children. He also belonged to the Odd Fellows Lodge. Survivors include a son Merrill Lawler of Speedway and a grandaughter.
