Electa Lavina Miller
Mrs. Electa Lavina Miller, 53, a resident of Seaside for 24 years, died last Thursday in a Salem hospital where she had been a patient for three weeks. She had not been well for two years.
The daughter of Walter and Mary Colvin, she was born in Marshland, Ore., February 1, 1906. After attending public school in Clatskanie, she attended Behnke-Walker business college in Portland and then worked there for three years as a comptometer operator.
On December 4, 1935, she was married in Vancouver, Wash., to her surviving husband, Clarence Miller, with whom she had since made her home in Seaside. Also surviving are sisters Mrs. Susie Graham, Garibaldi; Mrs. Lena Manary and Miss Maude Colvin, Marshland, and brothers, Fred, Deer Island, Ore.; Howard, Vernonia; Harold, Evans and Elmer Colvin, Marshland.
Details of services which will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in Seaside will be announced by the Hughes-Ransom Seaside mortuary.

Services for Mrs. Electa Lavina Miller, 53, will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Seaside Chapel of the Hughes-Ransom Mortuary. The Rev. Bob Jones officiating. Burial in Ocean View Cemetery.
