Mr. Colvin was a retired Columbia County road foreman.
He is survived by a daughter, Blanche Bangsund of Deer Island; a brother, Harold Colvin of Marshland; two granddaughers; and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Columbia Funeral Home in St. Helens, Oregon with vault interment at Neer City Cemetery, Goble, Oregon. The Rev. Richard Elkins will officiate.
