Alberta Mae Dugger, of Tipton, Iowa, died October 27, 2007, at the Evangelical Free Church Home, Boone, Iowa, from Pneumonia. Visitation will be Monday, October 29, 2007, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Services will be Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will be at the Tipton Masonic Cemetery, Tipton. A memorial has been established. Alberta was born on April 7, 1920, in Cedar County, Iowa, to Norman Levi Gritton and Etta Estella Ford. She married William Harlen Dugger at United Methodist Church, Tipton, Iowa. She was a waitress at Tipton Country Club and The Cove; and a homemaker. She Attended Hebron County School and Tipton Schools and attended the Red Oak Presbyterian Church, Tipton, Iowa. She was a 35 year member of Moose Lodge; Senior Citizen Past church elder for the Red Oak Presbyterian Church.

She is preceded by her parents, Norman and Etta Gritton; husband, William Harlen Dugger on March 24, 1993; sisters, Ivy Hennings, Ethel Safley and Vella Dickinson; brothers, Walter, Harry, Vearl, Howard and her twin brother Albert Ray Gritton; and granddaughter, Renae Lynn Dugger.
