He was born in Madison County, Arkansas, the son of Marion and Martha (Maggard) Sanders. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Opal Sanders; five brothers; two sisters; and a grandson.
Mr. Sanders was a heavy machinery mechanic building dams. He enjoyed squirrel hunting; gardening; and staying busy. He was a member of the Marble City Lodge and transferred to Bellefonte Lodge when Marble City closed. He was a member of the Royal Arch and Eastern Star.
He was 91 when he passed away at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Harrison, AR. I have a copy of his obit.
