Ida and Woodrow Phillips were married on Feb. 25, 1938 in Fitzhugh, OK. She was a nurse aid and a homemaker. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Coalgate. She is survived by her children, Jo Ann Ferguson and husband Larry of Stonewall, OK, Kathryn Shaw and husband Jerry of Denison, TX, James Woodrow Phillips and Teresa of Coalgate, OK and Jacky Phillips of Coalgate, OK; grandchildren, Sherry Neumann and husband Brett, Leslie Denice John and husband Ed, Nicole Shaw, Marshal Phillips and Diamond Phillips. She was preceded by her parents; husband; four brothers and four sisters. Services will be Thursday, April 12, 2012 at First Methodist Church with interment at Coalgate Cemetery. Rev. Lyle Shipley will officiate. Pallbearers will be Marvin Taylor, Charles Spears, Mike Williams, Bob Cody, Steve Cody, and Clay Mowdy. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Lambert, Alvin Pebworth and Jerry Spears. Services under the direction of Brown's Funeral Service of Coalgate, OK.
