William Edgar Willis died at St. Peter's Hospital in Olympia, Washington Sunday at age 75. He had been a resident here for about a year, his previous residence was in Seattle. He lived for many year in Metaline Falls, Pend Oreille Co., Washington.

He is survived by two daughters: Mrs. H.C. Moore [Clarissa] of Klamath Falls, Oregon and Mrs. L. H. Bees [Lucile], of Las Vegas, Clark Co., Nevada; two nieces, Mrs. Inez Simmons and Mrs. Edna Frigate, both of Seattle.

Funeral services will be held in Mills & Mills Chapel this Tues. afternoon, starting at 3 o'clock. A reader from the Christian Scientist Church will officiate. Cremation will follow.
