FORMER NORTH OGDEN WOMEN DIES AT 99 IN BUHL, IDAHO

BUHL- IDAHO - Mrs. Elizabeth Chadwick Montgomery, 99,
formerly of North Ogden, widow of Alma Mongomery, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Blaylock, in Buhl. Mrs. Montgomery was a member of the LDS Church and had been active in the YUMSIA. She ws a member of the Retrenchment Society and the Relief Society. She had been a member of the North Ogden Ward Choir and was known in ward music circle's.
She was born Sept 15, 1855, in North Ogden, a daughter of Abrham and Mary Wheeler Chadwick. She was educated in Weber County Schools. her hobby had been quilting.
On June 2, 1879, she was married to Mr. Montomery in the LDS Salt Lake Endowment House. He died in 1921. She had lived in Buhl the past five years.
Suriving are the following sons and daughters: Alma Lorenzo Montgomery, Gannett, Idaho; Joseph Kimball Montgomery, Ogden, Robert Arthur Montgomery, Mrs. Josephine Blaylock, Mrs. W. J. (Priscilla) Francis, Mrs. William Joseph (Edith) Hutchinson, Buhl; Mrs. Quincy (Zina) Blaylock and Mrs. James (Ethel) Wiggins. North Ogden; 49 grandhildren, 83 great grandhildren, two great great grandhildren, two sisters: Mrs. Elijah (Louise) Shaw and Mrs. David E. Randall, North Ogden.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in the LDS North Ogden First Ward. Bishop Gran Alder officiating.
Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 24th Street and Adams Avenue. Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Monday until noon. Interment will be in North Ogden Cemetery.
