Born Sept. 22, 1941, in Stanford, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Mack Edward and Pearl Hale Phillips. She was the widow of Bobby Noland. Juanita worked in the Crab Orchard Elementary School lunch room for 23 years. She also enjoyed her flowers, reading and working crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her children, Robin Watts (Mark) of Harrodsburg, Ky., Anthony Noland of Crab Orchard, Ky., and Michael Noland of Irvin, Ky.; one sister, Bessie Ellis of Harrodsburg; four brothers, Robert Phillips of Harrodsburg, Elberta Phillips of Crab Orchard, Allen Phillips of Alexandria, Ky., and Phillip Phillips of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren, Heather King and Brady Lear; one great-granddaughter, Paisley King; and several nieces and nephews.
