LOOMIS---BEMENT-Mrs. Glenn (Mary C. Renfro) Loomis, 97, of Bement died 11:40 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 14, 1987) in Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Bement United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Roux-Wright Funeral Home, Bement. Burial will be in Macon Cemetery, Macon. Memorials: Bement United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Loomis was a member of Bement United Methodist Church. She married Glen M. Loomis in 1915. He died in 1985.
Surviving are her son, Marion of Taylorville, daughters, Mrs. Duane (Martha) Medarin of Bement; Mrs. Roy (Frances) Neathery of Watertown, Wis.; Mrs. Dean (Vena) Jones of Springfield; foster son Jimmy Stevens of Casper, Wyo.; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
Six brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild preceded her in death.
