Mrs. Icy Belle Spalding, 77, died today at the home of a daughter in Lovington. She had lived most of her life in the Macon area. Born April 13, 1883, a daughter of Albert and Luthera Hill Renfo, she married Selma W. Spalding on Dec. 24, 1902, in Macon.

Survived by husband, daughter Eva Adcock, Edna Landrith, Elsie Bramel, Helen Kathe; sons Selma Jr. and Thomas. One daughter preceded her in death. Also survived by brother John Renfro, sisters Mamie Loomis, Lena Seagle; 28 grandchildren. Five brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Services at the Macon Presbyterian Church with burial a the Macon Cemetery.
