MARGARET C. PETERSON nee Letcher was born Oct 2, 1899 in Ada, Minnesota to John and Margaret (Morarity) Letcher. She married Orvin Peterson in 1921. The couple had two children. They moved to Washington living in Yacolt.
Margaret died at age 74 in Battle Ground where she had lived for the past 3 months. Recitation of the rosary was held Tuesday at layne's Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Sean Fox as celebrant, the Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial was in the Yacolt Cemetery.
Surviving are her son, James Peterson of Yacolt; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Stelloh of Chicago, Illinois, a granson and a brother Philip Letcher of Yacolt.
