Services were held for Mrs. Marjorie Onita Davidson, 44, RR 2, Coatesville, at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15 (1979) in Weaver-Wingler Funeral Home, Coatesville. Rev, Harry Lewis officiated at the services. Burial was in Coatesville Cemetery. She died in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, on Thursday evening, Oct. 11 (1979). In ill health for the last four years, she worked at her job until the day before she died. Born in Putnam County on Nov. 11, 1934, she was the daughter of Vern and Margaret (Campbell) Runnells who survive. A lifetime area resident, she graduated in 1952 from Fillmore High School. She was married in 1973 to Donald F. Davidson who survives. For 25 years, she was employed as an underwriter by Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, Indianapolis. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Danville. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Giles, RR Coatesville; a son, Robert Burke, Coatesville; a step-son, Jack Davidson, Indianapolis; a step-daughter, Mrs. Robert Fuller, Monrovia; four sisters, Mrs. Juanita Kenworthy, RR Coatesville, Mrs. Wanda Glaze, Coatesville, Mrs. Mavis Broadstreet, Fillmore, and Mrs. Beverly Brooks, Stilesville; four brothers, Wayne Runnells and Paul Runnells, both of Greencastle, Ray Runnells, Coatesville and Glen Runnells, RR Coatesville; and eight grandchildren.
