In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Mrs Joseph (Irene) Basta of Ambridge, Mrs John (Anna) Petruska of Uniontown , Miss Mary Elizabeth Plichta at home: two sons Max F. Jr. of Uniontown and Anthony of Smithfield, fifteen grandchildren : five great grandchildren: two sisters, Miss Mary Plichta of Uniontown and Mrs Zella Renner of Birmingham Ala: Two brothers Louis of Uniontown, and Joseph of Cleveland Ohio.
He was a member of St. Mary's R.C.Church in Uniontown and was a retired coal miner. He was treasurer of the American Slovak welfare Society Assembly 39 and the U.M.W.A. Local 6326.
The Family will receive friends after 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 in the Harold Gleason Funeral Home 114 E Fayette St Uniontown. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Jan 24, 1966 at St Mary's Church in Uniontown. Interment in the church Cemetery.
