Harold Carson, 6, was a victim of the Halifax Explosion. He was killed in his home with his mother and two younger siblings. His father also died, but his two older siblings survived.

He was the son of John Robert Carson and Catherine Major.

The family lived at 1410 Barrington Street.

Due to the amount of damage done, the tsunami, the fires and a snowstorm just days later, many bodies were either not recovered until the spring or summer. Many bodies were never found at all.
