The Baltimore Sun August 10, 1940

Suddenly, on August 9, 1940, Alvin C., aged 26 years, the beloved husband of Leona J. Franklin (nee Ipes).

Funeral services will be held at his home, 1 Boulevard Place, North Linthicum Heights, on Monday at 2 o'clock. Interment in Glen Haven Cemetery.
