Roy Kent Sharp, age 74 of Lake City, went home to be the Lord on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at his residence. He was born June 20, 1937 in Anderson County to the late Walter Lee and Cora Hawkins Sharp. Roy was a member of Fratersville Baptist Church and loved going to church.He enjoyed fishing, hunting, restoring old shotguns, shooting matches, and his heart was with the little kids.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Junior Sharp, Buford Sharp, and Toga Sharp. Sisters, Anna Lou Bray, Evelyn Austin, and Margaret Davis.
