Michael was born on Oct. 7, 1918 in Cleveland, the 9th of 13 children of John and Maria Giovannina Delzoppo. He had brothers John, Clarence, Louis, Anthony and Alex and sisters Filomena, Clara, Josephine, Carmela and Suntine. He attended school through the 10th grade.
He married Rosaline Tirabassi on July 9, 1949 at Holy Rosary Church in Cleveland. Their only child Michael John was born in 1963.
Michael was a material handler in the automobile industry. He was living at 1985 Coltman Rd. in Cleveland prior to his death and where Rosaline continued to live until her death.
Michael was 72 when he died on May 26, 1991 at University Hospital from a pulmonary edema due to lung cancer. Services were at Holy Rosary Church on Mayfield Rd. on May 29 and is buried at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland in Sec. 1, Lot 31 B-1, Grave 1 next to Rosaline who passed away 16 years later on April 5, 2007.
