Bio: OBITUARY FOR WILLIAM ROBERT TERRY//THE WAUNETA BREEZE, Wauneta, Nebraska
William Robert Terry was born near Elsie, Nebraska, August 29th, 1893; passed beyond this life, May 24th, 1929, at age of 36 years, 8 months 24 days. He was married to Louise Utz on Jan. 3, 1916 in Imperial, Nebraska.

To this union six children were born: Pauline, age 12; Dorothy, age 9; Inez, age 6; Kenneth, age 4; Roberta June, age 2; one daughter, Evelyn, dying in infancy. He leaves to mourn their loss, wife, 5 children, father, mother, 3 brothers and 4 sisters, and a lot of friends. One sister, Alice, preceding him in death.

He obeyed the gospel when a young man, and was a faithful member of the church until death. He was a kind and loving husband and father, and will be greatly missed in the home, in the church and in the community in which he lived.

A large crowd, estimated at 1000 people, gathered at the Elmer Church of Christ, to pay last respects to him. The writer tried to speak words of comfort to those grieved by his departing, from the subject of Hope, after which he was tenderly laid in the Elmer Cemetery to await the resurrection of the just. -- Adam Doane
