Harvey Johnson, 76, died at his home at route one Hartford late Friday following a longering illness. Mr. Johnson was born in Burlington, Iowa, November 17, 1865 and had been residing near Lake Stevens for the past 41 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise Johnson of route one Hartford; three sons, Roy Johnson of route one Hartford, Clarence Johnson of Monroe, and Orie Johnson of Tahuya; two daughters, Mrs. Oscar Overvold of 2513 Westmore Ave, and Mrs. C. A. Manney of Port Orchard; two brothers, Gilbert Johnson of route one Hartford and Charley Johnson of Burlington, Iowa; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Johnson will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the funeral home of Purdy and Walters with the burial being made in Cypress Lawn cemetery.
