KOEHLER, Effie Counts, 94, of Roanoke, died Saturday, July 10, 1993. She was the widow of Harry Koehler, a retired nurse, and a member of Airlee Court Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother, Kilby P. Counts of Pulaski; sister-in-law, Claire H. Counts of Roanoke; a grandson, Lyle Mason of Aurora, Ohio; several nieces and nephews including, Lucille Bell, Dan G. Counts, and Elizabeth E. Gillispie, all of Roanoke.
A memorial graveside service will be held at Russell Memorial Cemetery, Lebanon, Va
