Emmer (Delk) Barnett. Mr. Barnett was a WWII Veteran serving in Battery B 469,
Anti Aircraft Artillery, AW Battalion. He was an avid hunter and retired from
Harrison Radiator. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Nora L.
Barnett in February 2000; and several sisters. Survivors include his
stepdaughter Lewyonia Adkins of Xenia; granddaughter Melia (Christopher) Stopa,
and their daughter Olivia of Baltimore, MD; brother Paul (Betty) Barnett of
Xenia, sisters Loma Greer and Geneva Davis of Pall Mall, TN; several nieces,
nephews and other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at
11 AM on Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at McColaugh Funeral Home. Visitation will
be held from 10 AM until the time of service with Pastor Mark Brooks
officiating. Burial is in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, Ohio.
