Geneva Davis, age 91, of Pall Mall, passed away Monday, October, 13, 2014 in the Livingston Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Davis is survived by sons, Ceifer Davis and wife Sharon, and Lincoln Davis and wife Linda; daughters, Carol Staton, and Sheila Holt and husband Danny; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Emma Delk Barnett; husband, Doyle Davis; daughter, Joyce Gribble; son-in-law, Joe Staton; five brothers and nine sisters.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with Bro. Tommy Duncan and Bro. Larry Campbell officiating. Burial followed in the Wolf River Cemetery. Mary Chapter #11 O.E.S. conducted Eastern Star Services at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers included Dr. Brent Davis Staton, Gregory Staton, Waylon Holt, Michael Gribble, Jason Holt, Austin Vaden, Brent Davis Staton II, and Cole Brown.
