Alta Rose Babcock was daughter of Henry Truman Babcock and Tilla Viola Pope, Billings, Babcock and the twin sister of Elfa Rose Babcock my grandmother. They were the only set out of 5 sets of twins that lived to maturity. Other twin siblings they would both die or only one of the twins would live to maturity.
She married 1 June 1901 Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI., Charles "Charlie" Kinska son/of Rudolph Kinska and Anna Skusa of Germany and Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.

Charles and Alta had not children.

She died as a result of Gallbladder surgery in the hospital.
