Mittie C. Burnette
Mittie Coulson Burnette, 70, of Rt. 7, Galax, died September 7, 1988 in Twin County Community Hospital.
She was born December 15, 1917 to Israel Coulson and Amanda Sharp Coulson.
Surviving are her husband George M. Burnette; a daughter Sharon Adean Swain,
Galax; two sons, Ray Burnette, Roy Lee Burnette both of Galax; a sister, Alta
Burnette, Woodlawn; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, September 9, 1988 at 1 p.m. in the Vaughan-Guynn chapel conducted by Rev. Robert Davis and Rev. Berlin Hanks.
Interment was in Monta Vista Memory Gardens.
