Floyd A. Coulson
WOODLAWN ------ Floyd Andrew Coulson, 65, a retired carpenter, died in Groveton, Ga., Sunday, Feb. 18, 1968.
He was born in Carroll County, Sept. 3, 1903, to Mr. and Mrs. Israel Coulson.
He was a brother of the late Charlie Coulson and the late Sterling Coulson, both of
Galax.
Surviving are his wife, Vera Bowman Coulson, Woodlawn; three daughters, Mrs. Claudia McCullar, Pensacola, Fla.; Mrs. Cleatice Terrell, Virginia Beach, and Mrs. Lois Anderson, Norfolk; two sons, Eugene Coulson, Norfolk, and Carlos Coulson, U.S. Army; a brother, Glenn Coulson, Radford; and three sisters, Mrs. Clara Doss, Austinville Mrs. Alta Burnett, Woodlawn, and Mrs. Mettie Burnett, Galax.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today (Thursday) at Vaughan-Guynn
Funeral Home Chapel, Galax, by the Rev. C. Oral Lowe, pastor of the First Christian Church in Galax.
Interment will be in Monta Vista Memory Gardens.
