Died Friday, May 1, 1987, in Houston, Texas. She was a native of Centreville, Miss., and resident of Houston. Religious services were held at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home, Houston, at 11 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Dr. Patterson of Memorial Baptist Church.
Survived by two sons, Robert and Gary Wier, both of Houston; a daughter, Cheryl McClosky, Houston; a sister, Lillian McLean, Zachary; two brothers, J.R. "Jim" Whetstone, Zachary, and Clifford Whetstone, Centreville; and eight grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, Bowman and Georgia Whetstone; and a brother, Jesse Whetstone.
