James E. Aldous, 43, died at 4 a.m. Saturday in the home of Fred Holben at Clarion RD 1.
Born in Sligo on October 22, 1912, he was the son of Nancy Aites and C.A. Aldous.
He was a miner most of his life and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are two brothers. Thomas M. of West Virginia and John B. of Clarion; five sisters, Mrs. Fred Holben of Clarion RD1, Mrs. Jospeh Centorcelli of Clarion, Mrs. George Dunkle of Fairmount City, Mrs. Charles Theiss of Knox RD and Mrs. Andrew Stupka of Rimersburg; and his mother, Mrs. C.A. Aldous of Clarion RD.
The body is in the Goble Funeral Home where friends may call and attend services at 2:30 p.m. Monday with Rev. James E. Moore officiating. Interment will be in the Clarion Cemetery.
