Virginia was the thirteenth child and the fourth daughter of the 17 children in the family of General W. and Ita (Gosser) Eades. She married Gordon Huff on April 5, 1957 in Farmer City, Illinois. Virginia was a secretary and a member of the Nazarene Church of Monticello. She loved bird watching, playing games, and spending time with her family. Ginny had a special place in everyone's heart and with everyone she met. She is survived by her husband Gordon, of Monticello; daughter, Teale (Eddie) LaRosa of Bement; granddaughters Hope McWilliams and Hannah Mohr; her siblings John Eades, Dick Eades, Rose King, Wilma Davis, and Ronnie Eades, all of Monticello, Zelma Spencer of Florida, Cindy Eades and Tom Eades both of Bement, Paul Eades of Argenta, Junior Eades of Lodge and Glenn Eades of Greenup. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Scott A. Huff; brothers Arnet Eades, Garnet Eades, Les Eades and Jimmie Joe Eades; and sister Velma Jarrell. Virginia died at 4:00 AM, Friday, April 1, 2011 at the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello. Visitation from 12:00-2:00 p.m., at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello, prior to the funeral service there at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Glen Eades, Ginny's brother, officiated at the funeral service and the graveside service. Interment in the Monticello Township Cemetery. Arrangements handled by the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello.
