Mrs. Barnhart was a homemaker and had worked at Essex Wire in Zanesville. She was a charter member of McConnelsville Church of the Nazarene and a member of the Nazarene Ladies Circle of Love.
She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Lillie Jane and Joe McCraw of Wellton, AZ, Rhea Jeannine and Vernett Scott of Piqua, Phyllis Marie and David Gheen of Malta and Glorine Sue and David Cline of Waterford; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Perl L. Barnhart, who died Jan. 20, 1994; one grandson, David Cline Jr.; one great-granddaughter; five brothers; and five sisters.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at McConnelsville Church of the Nazarene with Pastors Kenneth and Cheryl Sinift officiating. Burial will be in Malta Cemetery. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is in charge of arrangements.
