Mr. Fred W. Richerson, 66 of Louisville, Ky., formerly of Taylor County, died Friday, August 13, 1999, in Louisville.
Son of the late Edd Richerson and Stella Colvin Richerson, he was born in Taylor County, Ky., on June 17, 1933, and was a member of the Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church.
Richerson was a retired employee of Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company in Louisville.
Survivors include one son and four daughters, Thomas William Richerson of North Carolina, Debbie Richerson and Donna McDonald of Macon, Ga., and Lisa Richerson and Patricia Richerson of Louisville: eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers and two sisters, Leonard Richerson of Campbellsville, Larry Richerson of Shepherdsville, and Eddie Richerson and Ruth Aileen Maupin of Louisville, and Barbara Maupin of Birmingham, Ala.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters; one in infancy; Louise York in 1953 and Cora Porter in 1993; two brothers; Ray Richerson and Eddie (May) Richerson.
Funeral was at 2 PM, Monday, August 16 at Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by the Rev. Jeff Andrews. Burial was in the Brookside Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ernie Greer, Michael Greer, Eddie Maupin, Ricky Richerson, Arnold Sprowles and Randy Sprowles.
