REV. CARL E. BECKMAN
Rev Carl E. Beckman, 83, of Grand Rapids passed away Thursday, Oct, 6. 2005 at home. He was born Feb. 26, 1922 in Jonesville to Fred and Ida (Adair) Beckman. In 1949, he married Ruby Church and she survives.
He is also survived by one daughter, Judy (Martin) Schulz, Kalamazoo; two sons, Dave (JoAn) Beckman, Coopersville, Phil (Susan) Beckman, Montesano, Wash.; one sister Edna (Jery) Edgerton, Battle Creek and one brother, Glen (Emma) Beckman, Reading.
He was preceded in death by one son, Samuel Beckman; one sister, Faye Swaney; and three brothers, Otto, Ray and Clair Beckman.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2005 in Grand Rapids, followind by interment in Kanuss Cemetery, in Kinderhook.
