Commonwealth Reporter, Thurs. Feb. 4, 1954, p. 30:4. Area Resident Expires at 89; Rites Planned. Mrs. Mary Kraemer Dies At Residence of Daughter; Ill Short Time. Mrs. Mary Kraemer, 89, a native of Mt. Calvary, died at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Frazier, 401 Emma street, after a three-week illness. The daughter of M.J. and Elizabeth Walgenbach Hennen was born Nov. 6, 1864, and was married May 15, 1888, at that place to Henry M. Engels, who died Sept. 1, 1895. In 1926, she was married to Henry J. Kraemer, who died in November, 1938. Mrs. Kraemer was a member of St. Joseph's church, the Altar society, and of St. Mary's court, Women's Catholic Order of Foresters. Surviving are two daughters and a son, Mrs. Frazier and Mrs. George Schroeder, city, and Harry J. Engels, Milwaukee; three grandchildren; and six brothers and sisters John, Joseph F. and Frank Hennen, city, Mrs. Katherine Schmidlkofer, Mt. Calvary; Mrs. Frances Huolihan, Appleton, and Mrs. Susan Loehr, Los Angeles. The body of Mrs. Kraemer will be in state at the Zacherl Funeral home after 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held there Saturday at 8:15 a.m. and at St. Joseph's church at 9:15 a.m. Burial will be in St. Michael's cemetery, Dotyville.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Kraemer, who died Wednesday, were held today at 8:45 a.m. at Zacherl Funeral home and at 9:15 a.m. at St. Joseph's church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. H.G. Riordan officiating. Burial was at St. Michael's cemetery, Dotyville, with the Rev. George Holzem conducting the committal rites. Pallbearers were Charles Schafer, Albert Fritz, Louis Huolihan, Arthur Loehr, Erving Hennen and Arthur Engels. The Altar society and members of St. Mary's court, W.C.O.F., attended the services. Out-of-town persons attending were of Milwaukee and Appleton.
