OSAGE — Services for William A. Puckett, 60, who died Saturday afternoon at an Osage hospital of an apparent heart attack, will be 9 p.m. Wednesday at Champion Funeral Home here; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery in Burlington, Iowa. Survivors include his two brothers, Francis of Burlington, Iowa and Charles of McAlester, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Chester Wallace and Mrs. Howard Thoresen, both of Osage; a step daughter, Mrs. Harley Cockranol, Osseo, Wis.; five grandchildren.
