Mrs. W. H. Caldwell, 84, of Crowville died Sunday and the funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist church at Delhi and interment followed in the Welcome Home cemetery, east of Grayson.

Mrs. Caldwell was a former resident of Grayson, the family having resided in that community for many years. A son, Charlie Caldwell, preceded her in death about a year ago.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Alice Little of Monroe, Mrs. Viola Bradley of Crowville, Mrs. Lula Mae Clarks [sic Clark] of Tallulah, and Mrs. Opal Ludpe [sic Ludke] of Vicksburg, Miss., and five sons, Joe [Otho] H. Caldwell of Mississippi, Luther Caldwell of Delhi, V. A. Caldwell and O. M. Caldwell, both of Delhi, and W. O. Caldwell of St. Joseph.
