William Harrison Caldwell, 84, died at his home at Dunn Wednesday.

A funeral service was held Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home of a son, E. M. Caldwell, with Rev. William Clawson officiating, and further services were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson, with Rev. J. D. Kitchingham officiating.

Mr. Caldwell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Caldwell; eight sons, Charlie Caldwell, Grayson, Joe Caldwell, Hickory, Miss., Luther Caldwell, Delhi, Victor Caldwell, Crowville, Ollie Caldwell, Haynesville, Wilmer Caldwell, St. Joseph, Edgar Caldwell, Dunn and Otho Caldwell, Alexandria; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Little, Monroe, Mrs. N. H. Bradley, Winnsboro, Mrs. Clyde Clark, Tallulah, and Mrs. A. A. Ludke, Vicksburg, Miss., and 26 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
