Auto Injuries Fatal
The News (Frederick, MD) - May 16, 1925

Miss [Nellie R. Hersberger], 35, daughter of the late Aaron B. [Hersberger], of Poolesville, Montgomery county, died in a Washington hospital Friday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Washington last Sunday, when she was thrown from the car. She sustained a fracture of the skull and an operation was performed in an unsuccessful effort to save her life. She never regained consciousness.

Miss [Hersberger] was a sister of Mrs. Lawrence A. Chiswell and Mrs. A. Hempstone G. Griffith of Montgomery county. She also leaves two other sisters and four brothers.

Funeral at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chiswell, at Dickerson. Burial to be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
