On Friday, March 3, 1967, at her home, 106 Upton st., Rockville, Md., Sarah H. Griffith, beloved wife of the late A. Hempstone Griffith, mother of Mrs. John A. Backus. One grandchild also survives.

Services will be held at the Colonial Funeral Home of Robert A. Pumphrey, Rockville, Md., on Monday, March 6 at 2 p.m. Interment in Monocacy Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
