Mrs. Minnie Butcher, 74, died at 6 o'clock this morning at the home of her sons, Charles and Theodore Butcher of 32 Lincoln Street following a lingering illness.
A native of Grafton, WV she had resided in this city for 28 years.
Surviving are her husband Ira W. Butcher of Spring Street; five sons, Charles and Theodore of 32 Lincoln Street; Arley of 247 North Gray Street, and Earl and Carl Butcher of Dayton; a brother, Perry Austin of this city and 11 grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Putnam chapel of Bollin-Bryan funeral home where friends may call after 6 o'clock this evening.
